Having a Brother
First Day Home
New Baby
It's about time to fill in some gaps in the blog record here. I don't keep a baby book or any kind of scrapbook because I rely on electronic sources. So, here are some highlights briefly chronicled. We had a little boy in May. He showed up 3 weeks early and arrived on his Tia Teen's birthday. We had a great time in the Mexico City hospital, and the Goldfusses were very kind to watch Paul for us.

Life with Paul
Hanging out with Daddy on the front steps
Paul jumped in a barrel.
It was quite funny. He was having a ball. "I'm swimming, Mommy!"
For all the grandparents reading this, if you had been there, you would have laughed too. We're sorry. We could not resist the temptation to take a few pictures. He did receive a serious warning later about the dangers of ever doing that again without us around. I think he gets it.
New big boy bed!
The animals needed to try it out too.

"Goes to the Jungle" Paul style
Here's Lilly the Elephant.
Banana Man
Captain Patch
Paloombo
And, my personal favorite, Mr. Missionary
The only downside to this whole adventure has been Paul waking up at night terrified of being bitten by a worm.

Wiggle Worm Song
And how's this for cute? I heard him singing to himself while playing with his toys, so I asked him for an encore for the camera.

The Train
Paul got a new train set when Grandmama and Grandpa came to visit. Actually, he got three trains and two tracks. Even with all the new trains, he gets creative trying to see how long a train he can create using his other cars.
He pretty much plays with it every waking moment that he can. Here he is squeezing in a few minutes before we left for church. This was his own track design.
